I’ve known Lisa and Justin for somewhere around 5 years now. Through our different gyms and communities we would cross paths often. Fast forward to this year, these two have been some of the most welcoming and friendliest people when I moved and started this new season and chapter of life. A time when we all need some familiar faces, they have been just that.

They met in the gym, coach and workout together, parent two adorable gym pups, and also love good beers and having a ton of fun with an awesome group of people that I’ve been lucky enough to become friends with lately.
